Daryl started his career as a Certified Personal Trainer. However through experience and education, realized much more is involved in providing coaching for optimal health. Daryl is a Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach Level 3, Exercise and Movement coach Level 2 with CHEK Institute in San Diego. He is also Certified in Metabolic Typing, Posturology Level I and Level 2 Boxing Coach.
